2. What questions do you have that haven't been answered about the senior project? This can be about the senior project in general, any components or about a presentation topic you saw or what they said.
  • What are the independent components?
  • How many interviews do you need?
  • Can you do more than one activity in your presentation?
  • Is it okay to switch mentors/have more than one?
3. What has the most important part of the senior project based on what you are seeing in the 2-hour presentations?

From watching the senior presentations, it seems like coming up with your essential question and answers is the most important thing. Everything else seems to revolve around this, so you have to think of a good question, and back it up with three answers. It also seems like the mentorship is the best way to find the answers, so it's important to find a mentor who can help you out with that.

4. What topic are you considering doing and why?

I am thinking about doing small businesses as my topic. In the future, I think it would be cool to have my own little business, so I'd like to learn more about how that works. If not this topic, I'm also considering doing animal shelters, because I love animals.

5. What are you doing for your summer mentorship?

For my summer mentorship, I'm planning on going to a few small businesses in Claremont. Right now, there's a bakery, a cheese shop, and an antique/gift store that I have in mind, though I'm not quite sure which one yet. My back up plan is to volunteer at an animal shelter and/or humane society.
